Who we are
At The Core Physical Therapy my mission is to help you regain healthy movement so you can resume what you love to do. I achieve this by:
-Empowering you with more knowledge about your body;
-Providing tools and education to reduce, mitigate and eliminate pain and restore function;
-Assisting you in building resiliency and confidence;
-Inspiring you to take control of your movement even after you are no longer a client.
The name of the clinic, The Core Physical Therapy, was created out of a strong desire to assist clients in determining the root of their condition, while also holistically addressing it.
My passion runs deep in caring for the whole person. I strive to treat clients with respect and honor, meeting them where they are at in their healing journey, and striving to be a catalyst for positive change and transformation in more than just their physical bodies.
I provide highly skilled, evidence-informed, and compassionate care for people with pelvic floor dysfunction and related orthopedic issues. I apply my physical therapy expertise to my philosophy surrounding holistic-minded care. I view pelvic issues as a part of your whole body- not just limited to the muscles of your pelvic floor. From pregnancy through postpartum recovery, sexual health/intimacy challenges, persistent pain conditions, bowel/bladder problems, and the natural changes that occur throughout our life spans, my most important goal is to help you.
